Heritage Hotels new appointments

Viresh Mathur has been appointed to the role of Heritage Boutique Collection operations manager, based in Heritage Hotel Management’s Auckland office.

He has been the hotel manager of CityLife Wellington for the past four years and prior to that was the executive assistant manager of the Heritage Christchurch. He began working for the Heritage Hotel Group in 2005 at CityLife Auckland.

He holds a diploma in business administration from the University of Auckland.

Akash Sood is the newly appointed hotel manager of CityLife Wellington A Heritage Hotel. He brings with him 19 years of hotel industry experience.

Most recently he was the executive assistant manager at the James Cook Hotel Wellington.

He has an advanced diploma in hospitality management and an international diploma in hospitality management from the William Blue Hotel Management School Sydney and is currently completing an MBA part-time at Victoria University.
